This charming spot suits me perfectly. With great Wi-Fi, a cozy outdoor dining area, and friendly staff who helped me find my lost necklace, I feel at home. I'll be back for Christmas!

Spotless and new-fashioned rooms with balcony, and pleasant restaurant. Hearty and marvellous breakfast with eggs cooked to order and a great view, for instance and wonderful location. Beautiful building in the center of Cascais. The pool area is nice too. Wonderful experience and very welcoming staff.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner. The bathroom was large, greatly enjoyed it. The location was magnificent, right on the seafront and overlooking sea: D

Staying in room 360 provided us with amazing views and lovely moments. The early breakfast provided for Ironman was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay special.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Cascais surrounded by restaurants and bars with lovely views over the harbour. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It is expensive to stay and probably not up to 5 stars. Tea and Coffee facilities are not in your room they are in the hallway - Tea bags only. Taxis booked via reception are by private limo and very expensive.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and we loved exploring local wineries. The location was ideal for beach access and getting into town easily. The breakfast selection was solid, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
One downside was that the pool area wasn't super close. We had to walk 5 minutes to get to the sister hotel. It felt a bit inconvenient when we wanted to relax by the pool after a long day.

Couple getaway to remember
The breakfast was varied, with homemade dishes that really hit the spot , but the highlight was the staff, especially Miguel, who was helpful and friendly. We also loved the spacious room with a fantastic view.
It wasn't cheap but honestly , the experience was worth it.

Amazing location near the beach and charming restaurants, it offered fine sea views from my room. Although the shower could use some maintenance, the warm atmosphere and attentive staff were nice.

Location is very good. Hotel staff at reception desk were excellent especially Joao Monteiro who was always extremely friendly, helpful and very professional.
We discovered the restaurant within the hotel is franchised out and the breakfast. Therefore the restaurant and breakfast staff had no consideration or respect for guests as there was alot of noise after the restaurant closed each night approx midnight - 2am. The breakfast choice was very limited i.e. one cereal, one fruit, no choice of coffee only filtered coffee in flask. This is certainly not 5 Star standard! Noisy water system and air conditioning could be heard from different rooms. Single glazed windows. No curtains/blinds in some rooms.

Everything. Fantastic location at he heart of Cascais and on the beach, but quiet nevertheless. Beautiful hotel, great staff and facilities (restaurant, bar, swimming pool). Valet parking was also great.
A few signs of neglect in terms of maintenance.
